💰 REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

ICON ENGINEERING TUTORIALS – COURSE REFUND POLICY

કોર્સ ખરીદતા પહેલાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ course details, syllabus, features અને available demo/content ધ્યાનપૂર્વક તપાસવું જરૂરી છે.

1. No Refund After Course Access
એકવાર courseનું payment successfully complete થયા બાદ અને course access મળ્યા પછી કોઈપણ પ્રકારનો refund આપવામાં આવશે નહીં.

2. Digital Educational Content
આ કોર્સમાં Video Lectures, PDF Notes, Question Banks અને અન્ય digital educational materials આપવામાં આવે છે. Course access મળ્યા બાદ digital contentનો ઉપયોગ કરી શકાય છે, તેથી course access મળ્યા પછી cancellation/refund applicable રહેશે નહીં.

3. Payment Failure / Duplicate Payment
જો payment deduct થઈ ગયું હોય પરંતુ course access મળ્યો ન હોય, અથવા એક જ transaction માટે duplicate payment થઈ ગયું હોય, તો વિદ્યાર્થીએ transaction details સાથે support teamનો સંપર્ક કરવો. Verification બાદ યોગ્ય કાર્યવાહી કરવામાં આવશે.

4. Technical Issues
Application અથવા course accessમાં technical problem આવે તો વિદ્યાર્થીએ ICON Engineering Tutorials Support Teamનો સંપર્ક કરવો. Technical issue resolve કરવામાં અમારી team શક્ય તેટલી મદદ કરશે. માત્ર technical issueના કારણે automatic refund applicable નથી.

5. Incorrect Course Purchase
વિદ્યાર્થી દ્વારા ભૂલથી ખોટો course purchase કરવામાં આવ્યો હોય તો refund guaranteed નથી. Purchase કરતા પહેલાં courseનું નામ, semester અને branch ધ્યાનપૂર્વક તપાસવું.

6. Course Content / Faculty Changes
Educational requirements મુજબ lectures, study material, faculty અથવા course structureમાં જરૂરી ફેરફાર કરવામાં આવી શકે છે. આવા ફેરફારના આધારે refund claim કરી શકાશે નહીં.

7. Account Sharing
Course access કોઈ અન્ય વ્યક્તિ સાથે share કરવો, account/password share કરવો અથવા course contentને unauthorized રીતે distribute કરવું strictly prohibited છે. આવી સ્થિતિમાં course access suspend/terminate કરવામાં આવી શકે છે અને refund આપવામાં આવશે નહીં.

8. Refund Approval
કોઈ exceptional caseમાં refund applicable હોય તો તેનો નિર્ણય ICON Engineering Tutorialsની verification અને applicable payment/platform rules મુજબ લેવામાં આવશે.
